Discounts are manually applied by our Student Services staff. Please contact us to enroll and have a discount applied to your account.
Students who enroll into 16 or more one-on-one lessons in an academic year receive the following discounts:
Students enrolled in a Dance & Wellness class or a Drama & Film class receive 50% off all additional concurrent Dance & Wellness and/or Drama & Film classes.
Students enrolled in a Greater New Haven Youth Ensemble but not enrolled in individual lessons at NMS receive 25% off all additional music ensembles of three or more students.
Preschool & Toddler Program students receive 50% off Dance & Wellness classes and Early Childhood classes.
ATLAS students receive 50% off Dance & Wellness classes and Drama & Film classes.
Families enrolling two or more siblings in Audubon Arts during the same summer receive 5% off each child’s Audubon Arts tuition.
Parents of students enrolled in any semester-long or year-long activity concurrently receive 25% off Dance & Wellness classes for adults.
Students age 65 and over receive 5% off any tuition upon request.
Students who are U.S. military veterans or active duty military receive 5% off any tuition upon request.

We offer staff accompanists at performance opportunities.
We have three practice rooms available to students at our main campus, with a piano in each room. Students may sign out a practice room key at the front desk, on a first come, first served basis.
We present merit-based awards to select students at the end of each academic year.

We provide workshops to help prepare students to audition for Connecticut Music Educators Association (CMEA) Regional and All-State Festivals.
We support the Royal Conservatory of Music Certificate Program, which provides a standard of music education and achievement through a sequenced course of study.
From movie nights for our younger students to open mics for our teens to play-ins and coffee hours for all, we provide regular opportunities for NMS community members to connect with one another
