Sherry Craft was a beloved member of the NMS steel band community for many years. In her memory, the Sherry & Alivia Craft Teen Steel Band was created to enable teens to participate in a steel band tuition-free.
The Teen Steel Band brings together students from throughout the greater New Haven area to play a mix of popular music, West Indian songs, and jazz.
Free for all students, participation in the Teen Steel Band is by invitation of the instructor. Please contact us to learn more.
