While no longer a musician myself (I did play flute and piano as a youngster), I appreciate music in its myriad forms, and deeply value its capacity to bring communities together in shared expression. My two sons took music lessons at NMS - many years ago! - under the tutelage of wonderful teachers, and I am grateful to be able to give back to NMS in a small way through service on the board.
