We believe that music is best enjoyed with others. Together, we create joyful experiences that provide fulfillment, feed our souls, and energize us. All music students, regardless of age, instrument, or current skill level are encouraged to join a small or large ensemble to broaden their musical experience.
Interested in joining a string quartet, piano trio, jazz quintet, or rock band? Have another ensemble in mind—or not sure where your interests lie? Let us create a custom ensemble for you! Ensembles meet regularly with a faculty coach to learn new repertoire. Performance opportunities are available.
NMS students enrolled in 16 or more individual lessons for the academic year at NMS are eligible for 25% off any ensemble of three or more people.
Not an individual lessons student at NMS? No problem! Lessons at NMS are not a requirement to join an ensemble.
