Victoria Reeve holds a B.Mus. degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and an MM from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. She has lived and taught piano in Namibia, Cape Town, Oxford, UK and Syracuse, NY. Past Chair of the Piano Department at Neighborhood Music School in New Haven, she also maintains a busy private studio in Guilford. She is a frequent adjudicator at area piano festivals.
In addition to winners in the Fisher Piano Competition, J.Y. Park Piano Competition and CT Bach Festival, her students have been awarded Gold Medals and Tri-State Certificates of Excellence for the Royal Conservatory Music Development program. As an MTNA member, her students have been honored at the state piano competitions.
Victoria has recently completed Every Child Can and Book One Suzuki Training as she continues to explore her interest in great piano teaching methods.
