Everything is purposeful and nothing goes to waste. I use my background in education a M.Ed in psychology, homeschooler, college Dance degree program, and a  involved mommy of 3 children  and anyone else who needs a safe place. I love to learn, teach, explore, create, and educate along side the student.  This is the reason why I also teach at Nrighborhood Mudic School. My back ground is in higher education and elementary Ed. My dance background started as a dance major at Cooperative Art & Humanity High school, Neighborhood Music School, Isadora Duncan Dance Company, Broadway Dance Center, Matthew Westerby Dance Company in New York, local community dance programs, Naugatuck Valley Community College, Central Connecticut State University Dance department and the Morning Glory Christian Dance Academy and Mentored by Freddie Moore of Alvin Ailey Dance Theater.

It’s an honor to learn and teach, but some special things I really enjoy is cooking. I am of Portuguese decent and being raised in both countries I was encouraged at a very young age to explore with food. It has lead me to write a family cookbook and children cookbooks. It’s so much fun to enhance little people tastebuds, to appreciate colors, and a thankful heart for what they have on their plate.
