Karla Lindquist

I work in economic development for the City of New Haven. Prior to my work in New Haven, I was a policy fellow working with the administration of Connecticut Governor Dannel P. Malloy and the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, Catherine Smith. Previously, I have worked for various non-profit organizations in several cities in Connecticut. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Vermont and a Master of Science degree in Political Science, Public Policy and Administration from Southern Connecticut State University. I live in New Haven with my husband, Alex, and our two children, Brita and Gunnar. I’m a classically-trained pianist and vocalist and also taught piano and voice as an undergrad
