I am the Deputy Director of Transportation for the City of New Haven. Prior to my work in New Haven, I was a policy fellow working with the administration of Connecticut Governor Dannel P. Malloy and the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, Catherine Smith. Previously, I have worked for various non-profit organizations in several cities in Connecticut. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Vermont and a Master of Science degree in Political Science, Public Policy and Administration from Southern Connecticut State University. I live in Guilford with my husband, Alex, and our three children, Brita, Gunnar, and Magnus. I’m a classically-trained pianist and vocalist and also taught piano and voice as an undergrad.
