Jennifer Brown has a BM and an MM from Wichita State in violin performance. She studied with Nancy Luttrell, Esther Noh and John Harrison (Wichita State). She had further studies with Burton Kaplan. Festival performances include MasterWorks, Portland String Quartet Workshop, Rocky Ridge and Magic Mountain Music Farm. She pursued special graduate courses in string pedagogy, attended Burton Kaplan’s Virtuoso String Teacher Seminar and is registered to teach Suzuki violin. She adjudicated for Fairfield County Strings Festival Honors auditions and substitutes with the Norwalk Symphony. She is formerly a faculty at Talent Education Suzuki School in Norwalk and currently on faculty for the KEYS program in Bridgeport. She is also a section violin coach for Norwalk Youth Symphony.
