Drama Classes

Classes for children and adults focus on a variety of skills, from vocal diction and projection to scene and monologue preparation. Musical theater classes help students learn to personalize their performances and develop vocal technique and confidence on stage. Individual technique classes and audition preparation classes are also available, allowing students to personalize their instruction.  

Practical Acting

Ages 13 and up. This complement to Scene Study focuses on auditions and other challenges faced by actors, both amateur and professional. Address your needs with highly individualized attention in a supportive group setting. No experience necessary.

Scene Study

Ages 8 and up. Work on selected scenes and monologues, perform once a semester for an invited audience. Learn the art of creating a natural environment for the scene and finding the natural energy of the character. No experience necessary.

Triple Threat

Performers who can dance, sing and act are considered a “triple threat”. These courses encompass all three disciplines. Skills are taught through vocal coaching, improvisation, comedy, monologues and multiple dance genres. Students at all levels will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in a year end performance of musical theater scenes and/or abridged productions.
